Welcome to Two Waters Retreat, managed by Stoney Creek Stays! Escape to a private 5-acre waterfront oasis near Galveston Bay. This 4-bed, 2-bath home sleeps 8 and is perfect for families. Enjoy a private heated pool, hot tub, and stocked fishing pond, plus a fully equipped kitchen, expansive deck, and fire pit. Pool heating is $30/day. Same-day bookings after 3 PM CST may not have the hot tub heated, but we’ll do our best to accommodate.

**Interior Features:**

* 2 full bathrooms, including a master bath with a relaxing jacuzzi tub.

* Inviting living room for gatherings.

* Fully stocked, open-plan kitchen with modern appliances and a coffee bar.

**Private Outdoor Oasis:**

* **Private Pool & Hot Tub:** A beautiful freeform pool with an attached hot tub.

* **Stocked Fishing Pond:** A 2-acre private pond with a wooden pier, home to multiple fish species.

* **Outdoor Living:** Expansive deck, covered patio with a pellet grill for barbecues, and a fire pit for evening relaxation.

 

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 4-bedroom house and the surrounding 5-acre property. This includes the private pool, hot tub, fishing pond, and all outdoor living areas. There is ample on-site parking with enough space to easily park and turn around a boat and trailer.

 

This property is professionally managed by Stoney Creek Stays, LLC. We respect your privacy and aim to provide a seamless, contactless experience. Our team is available via the messaging app or phone if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, but we will not be present on the property.

 

The Neighborhood

Two Waters Retreat offers a peaceful coastal setting away from the crowds, where you can enjoy spectacular sunrises, salty breezes, and the soothing sounds of wildlife. While you'll feel a world away, you are conveniently located near the Galveston Bay area, offering easy access to local refineries and processing plants for those traveling for work.

 

* **Pool & Spa Heating:** To have the pool and spa heated for your arrival, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. The heating fee is an additional $30 per night.

* **Starter Supply:** We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and dishwasher pods to get your stay started.

* **Damage Waiver:** The total cost of your reservation includes a damage waiver fee. This covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, provided you report the incident to the host prior to checkout.

 

🐾 Pet Policy: We love pets and want them to enjoy the memories with you! A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per stay. Additional dogs may be approved. The pet fee of $100 fee is part of your price if you selected that you are bringing a pet. Please clean up after your pets and be respectful of the home and yard. We provide a scoop and rake for easy cleanup.

The kids really enjoyed the pool and fishing and we enjoyed family being together. The house is very roomy just a weird floor plan. Chris responded to all my questions and concerns quickly and was very nice and professional. He had the handyman out quickly to fix some things every day. There were things with the property that should have been repaired before someone stayed there like a very unsafe pier and outside lights not working. The water inside would not stay hot and the hot tub wasn’t working properly. The kitchen was dirty and down stairs smelled like a boys bathroom and mold. Some windows didn’t have blinds and some you could see through. Locks on doors didn’t work and doors to go outside stuck so bad the kids couldn’t open them. Outside patio and furniture is dirty and rusty and junk all around the yard and pond. There were no instructions on how to use things in the house that we found. Overall the house and property needs lots of repairs and cleaned and painted.

We needed a little extra space for the weekend and this property was amazing. The property felt like a home- a place where you can envision what a perfect holiday with family could be. The outdoor grounds were very well kept and the pond was gorgeous. It was really nice to be right outside of Houston and still be able to see the stars and aircraft flying over at night. Very peaceful and private- we enjoyed our stay very much! Excellent
