Please treat the home like your own: no smoking indoors, no parties or events, and quiet hours overnight to respect our neighbors on this residential street.
Pets are welcome with prior approval — please clean up after them. Exterior security cameras are on the property for everyone's safety.

Check-in is contactless and easy with a smart lock and self check-in, so you can arrive on your schedule. You'll have the entire home to yourselves except the owner's closet. The garage is not available to guests. Free parking is available on the premises, with additional free street parking for larger groups.
