A Bit More About This Property

ABOUT THIS SPACE

Step out back and you'll understand why guests book this home. The private, resort-style backyard is the star: a large pool for lazy afternoons, a hot tub for after the sun goes down, sun loungers for drying off, and an outdoor dining area that seats twelve. When the stars come out, gather at the fire pit or fire up the projector and 10-ft screen for movie nights and big-game watch parties. It's the kind of yard that turns an ordinary evening into the reason people remember the trip.

Inside, the living room is made for regrouping after a beach day — two comfortable sofas, a large storage ottoman that doubles as a coffee table, and a 75" QLED TV with Roku. Rainy or chilly day? The dining table converts into a pool table, so the fun never stops. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, with a coffee bar featuring both drip and Nespresso (coffee included), plus a washer and dryer just off the kitchen with detergent provided.

Everyone sleeps well here. All three bedrooms have a king memory-foam bed with plush bedding and a 65" QLED TV, so every group gets privacy and comfort — no drawing straws for the good room. The primary bedroom adds a kids' nook with twin bunk beds, and two twin roll-away beds are available to move wherever you need them. The primary bath is a spa moment of its own, with a jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower, and two separate vanity areas so busy beach mornings run smoothly. A second full bath keeps everyone moving. Extras throughout include a pool table, ping pong, karaoke, board games, and pool toys — plus fast Wi-Fi for anyone who needs to check in with the outside world.

My family and I had a great stay! We utilized all amenities and enjoyed the pool a lot! Definitely one of the best air b&b we have stayed at. We will definitely look at using their space again when we come back for our yearly visit. The hosts communicated quickly and were proactive and informative when needed.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was exactly as pictured. Host was very responsive when I had a couple of questions. The bathrooms and kitchen were immaculate along with the rest of the house and the outside space as well. The house had great AC and the Wi-Fi and TVs,which were huge, worked great. We will definitely be renting from here again. Awesome location, too.

Unfortunately, this Airbnb didn't live up to our expectations when we arrived. Quinn let us know that the disposal might not be working, and they were in the process of fixing it. We are the ones who ended up fixing the garbage disposal. A handyman came out the next day to replace the disposal, but ended up only causing more issues, so again we fixed the disposal. They offered us compensation that was never received for fixing the issue, and Airbnb was the one who ended up helping us after our trip ended. There was no BBQ grill like previously advertised; we are the ones who went and bought one and had to leave it there because we got on a flight. Overall, the house is fine, but with the multiple issues we had during our stay, it was not worth the price. It was quite upsetting to note that there were no blinds in the master bathroom or bedroom, and when brought to attention, they took over half of our stay to replace them. The electrical panel in the pool toy room was also not covered.

Nice place. Pool & hot tub was a plus. About a 10 min walk to the seawall and restaurants. Good communication with host and was very responsive when a question was asked. Great place for a family. Would book again.

Overall, we had a really good experience. Aasim and Quinn's home was spotless, well kept, and thoughtfully set up for our stay. Quinn was incredibly responsive and very accommodating, which made check-in and communication effortless. Even with the chaos of the Mardi Gras weekend , he really went above and beyond--sharing great local recommendations in Galveston and making sure we were as comfortable as possible throughout the trip. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Galveston!
