Step inside and the open-concept living room sets the tone: two couches, an oversized chair, and a 50-inch Roku TV. Board games and puzzles are stashed in the coffee table for late nights in. The decor feels intentional — this is a place built for relaxing.
The kitchen is fully stocked for real cooking: gas stove, oven, dishwasher, full refrigerator, microwave, all cookware and utensils, plus pantry staples (coffee, salt, pepper, cooking spray). The dining table seats four.
BEDROOMS: - Primary Bedroom — Queen bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, closet storage. Master bath stocked with extras: toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, ibuprofen, antacids. - Second Bedroom — Queen bed, smart TV, ceiling fan. Quiet and comfortable. - Bunk Room — Full-over-full bunk bed plus a twin. Bright windows, floor space, perfect for families or groups. Each bedroom has a fan and its own smart TV.
BATHROOMS: Two full bathrooms, freshly stocked each stay. Primary bath has a tub/shower combo. Second bath (in the attached shop) has a walk-in shower and clean vanity.

Families with kids — The bunk room was made for it. Kids take the bunks, parents take the queen rooms, everyone ends up around the fire pit after dinner. The fenced yard lets dogs and little ones roam freely.
DFW weekend warriors — Two and a half hours from the Metroplex, this is the perfect Friday-to-Sunday reset. Leave after work and you're on vacation before midnight.
