Overall the place is pretty nice and in a good location for sure. However, upon arrival we found the place a little bit dirty. The towels were damp and stained, it was dusty, and had an old timey smell. Also there was no toilet paper or paper towels and the second bedroom is smaller than expected. Furthermore, the living room TV screen became static and nearly impossible to use due to the screen malfunctioning out of no where only about a week into our stay. The WiFi was also slow and had to be reset at times. I’m not going to speak too poorly of the host, but I will say he kicked us out days before our check out date, notifying us the night/evening before and had already booked it for someone else. Kicking us out early made it a difficult check out process.

Nick and Taras place was a homerun all around. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We stayed for 6mo working remotely and Nick was always there to help fix any issues we had. Highly recommend Nick as a host and his place.

The Negatives: Wifi was down for 3 weeks [host finally called to have modem replaced after multiple requests from us--we had to WFH with our own phone hot spots]. Stayed for 3 months and everything that was broken when we arrived [Garbage Disposal (used a plunger on it daily due to back ups), Dishwasher (internal parts were melted), Couch (literally on its last legs), Coffee table (broken leg)] remained broken our entire stay. Host only swapped out the dust buster charging cord and broken garbage can. Bathroom vent was caked in dust/grime (I cleaned it, it was nasty). No hooks in bathroom at all [I bought/put some up]. Kitchen drawers/cabinets full of crumbs. The Positives: Host seemed like a nice enough guy, but in over his head, maybe? Location is great--safe 10 minute walk to a small cute shopping area, 20 - 30 minute walk to a larger downtown area. He said he was going to fix and replace all the broken things after we left--hope that's true, bummer we didn't get to experience that.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for almost three months during ski season while working remotely and loved it. There is a lot of space - big open rooms including the bathroom and laundry/storage room and the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. There’s also a large desk in the bedroom that you can use as a workspace. The bed is huge and very comfy! The bathroom can be accessed from the main room and the master bedroom. The internet worked well for us working remotely and for my boyfriend’s gaming. The kitchen is well-stocked, including Tupperware. We never heard a peep from the neighbors through the walls and the neighborhood is very safe and walkable! There are tvs in both the main room and the master bedroom. The smart tv tech on them is old so you can only access Netflix, but a Netflix account is provided for you. We had trouble getting the fold out couch bed to open, so it may be worth messaging the host first if you’re counting on that bed. Overall a great place to stay!

This is the perfect place for a stay in Denver! Our group really enjoyed hanging close by, as well as venturing out into some other neighborhoods—everything is about a 10 minute drive/Lyft away, making the location very convenient. Our stay exceeded so many of our expectations. The home was newly updated and the high ceilings and selected furnishings made us feel like we had scored a great deal in staying here. There are fantastic restaurants and shops in walking distance and we ended up spending much more of our time in Highlands than we anticipated originally due to the charm we saw in it. Our stay was incredibly comfortable and very relaxing to come back to after each day of exploring what Denver had to offer. Our hosts were also incredibly fast to respond and accommodating.

We loved the modern feel of Nick and Hadley’s unique place. It’s beautifully renovated and very clean. We stayed with our 8-year-old daughter and had plenty of space, as well as everything we needed. The location is close to museums, the aquarium, Coors Field, downtown, and a couple blocks away from great restaurants, coffee shops, and a Sunday farmers market. The location was also great for our day trips to Red Rocks, the Silver Plume train, Boulder, and Rocky National Forest.

It's a perfect spot for 3-4 people ( one king and one queen); the pull-out sofa is like any other pull-out sofa and does not lend itself to a good night's sleep. Once we got understood the layout of the city, getting to our destinations was easy by car. If you are walking, bring your sneakers. Beautiful high ceilings and a large kitchen area are highlights. Enjoy!

Great space!!! Top notch location to 32nd street restaurants/shops. Close drive to downtown/union station. So clean and modern! What a bonus to have off street parking available in front! While it is on 29th street at a lighted intersection, we had absolutely no issues with traffic sounds! We were in Denver for our daughter’s wedding and were so pleased with the location and space. Highly recommend.

This place is impeccable - clean, convenient, spacious, quiet. Even the interior design is on point. The large bathroom has double sinks, a window for natural light and an exhaust fan! The master has a huge closet to organize your items and store your suitcase. There was also a big screen TV in the master. So many luxurious amenities! After long daily adventures in the mountains and checking out all the hot spots it was so nice to return home to a cozy, clean, comfortable space. We intend to rent from you again in the future. This condo is everything! We loved the location. It’s approximately 15 minutes away from Downtown and located around cute boutiques. The area is nice and quiet. The condo itself was exactly as the pictures provided, and honestly even better. It’s modern with soft thoughtful touches. They provided amenities that we thought we packed and apparently forgot. Thank goodness they were on top of it! Omg! I cannot say enough about the beds, all absolutely perfection. If not because I have never been to Colorado, I’d a honestly considered staying in. The condo is just that welcoming and comfortable. Nick and Hadley are very responsive. Communication is top priority. I’d recommend this condo to anyone!

The space is beautiful and decorated with artwork that reflects sights to see in Denver, which we appreciated. We enjoyed having a kitchen and a laundry room accessible during our time in Denver.
