SEA ISLE COMMUNITY: The golf cart-friendly community of Sea Isle is nestled between the bay and Gulf and boasts amazing amenities like a private marina and fishing pier, sparkling pool, covered pavilion, tennis courts and playground. You’ll find two restaurants at the marina, The Palapa and The Sandbar. Make sure to grab their half-gallon of margaritas to-go! Grab essentials at the marina convenience store and fishing supplies at the bait shop.
Sea Isle, a residential neighborhood with mandated quiet hours between 10 PM and 8AM, is one of the most sought-after family-friendly beach destinations in the area. Just like all Galveston beaches, Sea Isle and At Last! are pet-friendly so bring up to two of your four-legged friends with you. Please note that outside and on the beach, dogs must be leashed at all times and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs; a pet fee applies and must be paid upfront. Sea Isle pool passes must be purchased directly from the Sea Isle HOA Monday – Friday until 5 pm. Pool passes are not sold after hours or weekends. Please call the Sea Isle HOA to reserve your pool pass in advance.

Guests will enjoy community amenities — pool, pier, pavilion — while being just minutes from local dining, shopping and downtime on the sand.
Getting around the Sea Isle area is simple and stress-free. Most guests choose to drive, with plenty of parking available right at the home. The neighborhood is golf cart–friendly, making it easy (and fun) to cruise over to the beach, community pool, or grab dinner at The West End Marina & Sandbar.
If you prefer to explore on foot, the area is peaceful and perfect for morning walks or bike rides, with neighborhood amenities and beach access close by.
For trips into town, downtown Galveston and the Seawall are about a 25–30 minute drive, offering great restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Uber and Lyft are available across the island, though wait times may be a bit longer on the west end.
